Design and development of thin film sensors

Thin film strain gauge and thermocouple were developed on an INCONEL substrate for gas turbine blade applications.

Estimation of structural parameters for Ge-C alloys using cluser variation method

Structural parameters were determined for a binary alloy system using cluster variation method which would pave the way for determining the phase diagrams.
